Raised in Las Vegas, NV, and currently living in Parowan, UT, Carlyn understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life from Southern Nevada to Southern Utah with their unmatched beauty, culture, and amazing State Parks! Carlyn has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process with her start in the Las Vegas Real Estate market back in 2008 (when other agents were getting out). When Carlyn’s family decided to move to Cedar City, UT back in 2014, that’s when she knew she had to get her real estate license in Utah to continue her real estate career and help her clients in both states move seamlessly back and forth across state borders. Even though Carlyn currently lives in Parowan, UT, she is still active in Las Vegas Real Estate and has many prior and current clients who live in Las Vegas that own property in Southern Utah. Extensive marketing with both of her Brokerages; Century 21 Everest (UT) and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Nevada Properties (NV) as well as memberships on 4 Multiple Listing Services that serve the corridor of these 2 States, have overwhelmingly helped her many clients achieve their real estate goals.
